Police warn of confusion over Lantern Fest location

Fountain Police say the organizers of Lantern Fest sold tickets saying the April 16 event is being held at Pikes Peak International Raceway, but it’s not.

The Lantern Fest website says that the April 16 event will be held at I-25 Speedway, 400 Gobatti Place, in Pueblo.

PPIR has hosted Lantern Fest events in the past.

Neither the Fountain Police Department nor PPIR have any information about the April 16 event.
