Nearly 20 vehicles vandalized in Colorado Springs neighborhood

At least 20 vehicles were vandalized in a Colorado Springs neighborhood early Thursday.

The first set was found in 2500 block of Gina Drive, which is near Astrozon Boulevard and Chelton Road. Authorities say several vehicles and homes were also tagged. More vehicles were found in the 2500 block of Nadine Drive. The vandals also broke some vehicle windows.

Police think between eight and 10 people were involved.

Investigators are looking at surveillance video provided by one of the homeowners. They ask anyone with video or information to call police at 444-7000 or CrimeStoppers at 634-STOP.

Police are handling all the acts of vandalism in one single case. They ask victims who haven’t alerted authorities to contact them. They said those who have had their property damaged in the area recently could also be added to this case.
