2015 deaths ruled murder-suicide
The 2015 deaths of a Colorado Springs doctor and his wife have been ruled a murder-suicide.
Dr. Ted Eugene Cull, 82, died from a gunshot wound. His death was quickly ruled a suicide.
Autopsy results for his wife, Shirley Cull, 82, were inconclusive. After months of additional testing, her death has been ruled a homicide. Police say Cull died of a gunshot wound.
Police found the couple dead inside a home in the 3200 block of Paseo Road on November 24, 2015. They said officers responded to a call for a suicide in progress. The couple was dead when police arrived.
