He was acquitted about 24-hours ago, but already, the case of a former Colorado deputy accused of killing his wife is catching national attention.
Tom Fallis was found not guilty yesterday in the shooting death of his wife, Ashley Fallis.
Ashley’s death was ruled a suicide in 2012, but a murder investigation was launched after a witness claimed that Tom admitted to killing his wife.
The case will be the focus of a segment on Friday night’s 20/20.
