Springs Police investigate southeast side home invasion
A home invasion was reported at an apartment complex on the southeast side of Colorado Springs Friday.
Police say the crime happened just before 3 p.m. on El Camino Drive.
The couple who lives in the apartment say two masked men busted in, beat up the man who lives there, searched for something and then left.
The couple ran to the leasing office to call police. They had just moved in to the apartment.
