Anthony Sena case will go to trial

A judge has ruled that a case involving Anthony Sena,a Pueblo man accused of killing his own grandmother, will go to trial.

Twenty-nine-year-old Anthony Sena is facing first-degree murder charges in connection with the death of Susan Hernandez.

A judge found probable cause for first degree murder, first degree arson and theft during a hearing this morning.

Investigators think a fight over money led to her death. Three detectives and one arson investigator took the stand last Friday.

Sena is currently being held in jail with no bail.

A plea deal has not yet been made.

The judge says Sena has 60 days to file a motion.
