25-year-old man shot in Colorado Springs
Police are investigating after a shooting victim was found outside of a Walmart in Colorado Springs.
It happened near the store on S. 8th Street on Friday night. A 25-year-old man was shot, but was able to speak with KRDO NewsChannel 13 at the scene.
Colorado Springs police believe the shooting was related to a previous incident that started in the area of North Cheyenne Canyon Park at High Drive and Lower Gold Camp Road. A group of people were gathered when someone started throwing rocks, police said. It led to an altercation. Two shots were fired from a vehicle before the driver took off.
