Police concerned about children’s safety after incident at Pueblo liquor store

Pueblo Police Police say a man assaulted a woman in front of two children outside of a liquor store in the 900 block of W. 4th Street.

The incident was reported at 12:20 p.m.

Police say the man, woman and two children were inside a red Dodge Ram pickup truck when the assault happened. They say the woman then got out of the truck and the man drove away. They say they are concerned about the welfare of the children.

No license plate number was provided.
