Woman killed in crash involving FedEx delivery truck identified

Colorado Springs Police have released the name of a woman who died in a crash on the east side of the city Monday night.

The crash happened at the intersection of Palmer Park Boulevard and Fetterman Drive, which is east of the intersection of Palmer Park Boulevard and N. Murray Boulevard.

Police say a FedEx truck tried to make a left turn when it was struck by an AMC Concord.

The driver of the sedan died in the hospital. She has been identified as Kianna Nash, 26, of Colorado Springs.

The driver of the delivery truck was cited for a stop sign violation and careless driving resulting in death.
