Local hotel success discussed
Chelsy Offutt of the Colorado Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau explained the hard work involved in drawing more motel guests during the traditionally slower winter season.
She said bureau staff work years in advance to solicit meetings, conventions, groups and other events.
