Pueblo police need your help finding shooter

A presumed shooter is on the loose Saturday after a man was killed in an apartment in Pueblo’s Belmont neighborhood.

Officers responded to a shots fired call around 3 a.m. at the Casa Del Sol Apartments, which is in the 1700 block of Constitution Road.

Officers at the scene say one man was found dead when they arrived. He has been identified as 21-year-old Chuck Quintana-Ortega.

Police said there was an altercation before the shooting.

Police have not named a suspect or motive.

NewsChannel 13 spoke to residents of the apartment complex, who said they are worried about safety, and are looking out for suspicious behavior.
