Police searching for man who fired gun into Pueblo bar

Pueblo Police are trying to identify and track down a man who fired a gun into an east side bar early Sunday morning.

The shooting happened at 1:30 a.m. on January 24, 2016 at Sancho’s Bar in the 600 block of E. 4th Street.

Police say they received a report of a large fight with shots fired. The man was gone when officers arrived.

Witnesses said the man walked out of the bar and fired into the building before leaving the area. The bullets narrowly missed some people in the bar, but no one was hit.

Police say they believe this shooting was gang related.
