Grass fire burns on Fort Carson training range

Fort Carson said a small grass fire burned near gate 20 Tuesday.

Gate 20 is located off of I-25 at exit 132.

Smoke from the fire was visible from parts of both the Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas.

Fort Carson said it was monitoring the fire. No size-up is currently available.

The fire was caused by training on post.
