Colorado Springs police are looking for the public’s help finding an at-risk adult.
Police say 19-year-old Mauro Minjarez-Carreon may be in the area of Pikes Peak Avenue and Institute Street. Mauro is mentally developed to the age of about five-years-old. He’s deaf and has limited language skills.
He is not dressed for the weather. Police believe he may be trying to get to Denver.
