Colorado teen battling cancer meets pop star Taylor Swift
13-year-old cancer patient Delaney Clements had her wish fulfilled, when pop star Taylor Swift paid her a visit at her home in Grand Junction this week.
According to KMGH, the meeting happened after a social media campaign was started by a Grand Junction radio station.
Clements is battling neuroblastoma. She became popular on the internet after her friend shaved her head in support.
Soon after, the campaign #DelaneyMeetTaylor started trending on social media, Taylor Swift saw it and happily paid the teen a visit.
Clements’ family says it’s the best Christmas gift ever.
