Pueblo County says no violations for grows in west side neighborhood

Pueblo County and the Sheriff’s Office say there are no violations involving the marijuana grows in the western part of the county.

This comes after KRDO NewsChannel 13 showed the county footage Thursday of the grows in the Siloam Road area.

Neighbors showed us the grows they have concerns about and they say there are too many.

The county has approved one license to grow marijuana in the area and it said the other grows it inspected could be caretakers or people growing their own marijuana.

“To say that Siloam has any issues whereas other entities don’t have any issues, I can’t say that,” Pueblo County Undersheriff J.R. Hall.

The undersheriff said if you think there is an illegal marijuana grow in the county, you’re asked to call the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office at 583-6250.
