PUEBLO, Colo. – Pueblo police are searching for a woman with developmental disabilities who went missing Sunday afternoon.

The Colorado Bureau of Investigations says Annette Gallegos, 40, signed out of her care facility in the 2400 block of Oakshire Lane to go for a walk, and has not returned.

She has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and often becomes delusional and/or disoriented.
