Motorcyclist killed in Colorado Springs crash identified

Colorado Springs Police have released the name of a motorcyclist who died in a crash at a southeast side intersection Sunday.

Bradley Blower, 55, was riding a motorcycle when he crashed into the side of a Chevy Blazer driven by Richard Chavez, 49.

Blower was killed.

Police say Chavez made a left turn in front of Blower. He faces a charge for careless driving resulting in death.

The intersection was closed while police investigated the crash.
