Police say three people are facing attempted murder charges in a shooting that happened outside of a north side fast food restaurant earlier this month.

The shooting happened at around noon on November 10 outside the McDonald’s in the 700 block of Highway 50 West.

Police say a car with several people inside pulled up and someone in the car began shooting at a man who was standing in the parking lot.

The 22-year-old victim was grazed by a bullet, but not seriously injured.

Lachae Gonzales, 23 and Michael Martinez, 34, were arrested in Texas after getting into an accident.

Joseph Sosa, 18, was arrested in Pueblo. Police say they believe Sosa was the shooter.

All three are being held on $500,000 bond.

Police say they believe the shooting is gang-related.
