Pueblo police say Tuesday night shooting appears gang-related

Pueblo police say that for the third night in a row, they were called to an east side neighborhood on reports of shots fired.

Police received a report of shots fired around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of E. 12 St.

Police found four bullet holes in a home, but said the people inside weren’t cooperating with officers.

According to police, another home was hit last night but officers suspect the shooter accidentally targeted the wrong home. Police added that the intended home was the one shot at Tuesday night.

Officers told KRDO NewsChannel 13 that the shooting appears to be gang related. No one was known to be injured during any of the shootings.
