Palmer Lake drowning victim identified
The El Paso County Coroner’s Office has released the name of a man who drowned in Palmer Lake Friday night.
He was Charles Pyle, 72.
An autopsy was performed Saturday but the coroner’s office says it will take six to eight weeks for the results to be finalized.
It’s not clear how Pyle ended up in the water.
Pyle was a musician who was well-known in the local community.
