Springs police investigating string of BB gun shootings

Colorado Springs police are investigating a string of BB gun shootings across the city.

The shootings all happened between 11 p.m. and midnight Monday.

The windows were damaged at five locations, including at least two 7-Eleven stores. The other locations were in the 800 block of West Colorado Avenue, the 1400 block of South Nevada Avenue and the 200 block of North Institute Street.

Police are looking for a brown or tan Ford Fusion or similar sedan with tinted windows.
