Directed patrols by Colorado Springs Police led to several arrests.

Police in the Stetson Hills Division conducted directed patrols near Meadowland and Westwood Boulevards Thursday. Officers spotted a vehicle without license plates.

After officers stopped the vehicle, an investigation revealed the vehicle was reported stolen.

Nicholas Reising, 20, and Terrance Davis, 19, were arrested, police said.

In another directed patrol, officers stopped a suspicious vehicle in a business parking lot near Rebecca Lane and Van Teylingen Drive on Thursday night.

After stopping the vehicle, officers found out two people inside, Fabian Torrez and Jessica Marcos had outstanding warrants, police said.

Officers also found a semi-automatic pistol. Jimi Cotton, 22, was arrested for possession of a weapon by a previous offender, police said.
