Detective wants people to come forward

Colorado Springs Police are following a murder that happened in February of 2014.

The murder of 31-year-old Kenneth Pritchett is still unsolved. Pritchett was shot and killed near the Citadel Mall in Colorado Springs 20 months ago. His body was left in the middle of a road.

Colorado Springs Police detective Derek Graham is working hard to solve the case but thinks people in the area must know some sort of information. He and the Colorado Springs Police department are hoping that anyone with more information on Pritchett’s death will come forward.

Police say that learning more about what happened the night Pritchett was shot would bring much needed closure to family.

If you have any information, call (719) 444-7000 or call the Pikes Peak Crime Stoppers at (719) 624-STOP (7867). Police remind everyone that you do not have to give your name, and you could earn a cash prize.
