Federal lawsuit filed against City of Fountain, Fire Chief

A federal lawsuit’s been filed against the City of Fountain and the Fountain Fire Department.

A fireman filed the lawsuit. Richard Villanueva claims his constitutional rights were violated when he worked for the department.
