Police respond to call at Peterson Air Force Base

The Colorado Springs Police Department confirms it responded to a call at Peterson Air Force Base Wednesday.

Police say the call involved a man at the clinic on base. He was taken to the hospital. Police say he will not face any charges.

The 21st Space Wing confirmed that there was an incident at a medical building on base and that Peterson Air Force Base first responders and Colorado Springs Police worked together to resolve it.

Initial reports indicate a man made threats of violence after being denied access to a building on base, but authorities did not confirm that information Wednesday afternoon.
