New Mexico woman killed in crash in Alamosa County
A New Mexico woman died in an accident north of Alamosa Wednesday.
State Patrol said Breanna Hastings, 26, of Santa Fe died in a one vehicle crash around 3:20 p.m. Wednesday. It happened on state Highway 17, one mile norht of Mosca.
An investigation shows Hastings’ vehicle drove off the road. Troopers said she overcorrected, causing the vehicle to roll.
Hastings was not wearing a seat belt, troopers said. State Patrol also said alcohol and drug may have been a factor in the crash.
