Heavy rain, hail pummel Colorado Springs
A line of strong thunderstorms moved across Colorado Springs Tuesday afternoon, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a flood advisory.
The line of storms stretched from north to south across the city and moved northeastward.
Heavy hail piled up from Southgate to Downtown to the UCCS area.
