Prescription drug take-back

Saturday, Sept. 26th marks the annual prescription drug take-back program. Tablets, capsules, and other solid dosage units will be accepted. Needles and sharps are not allowed. Citizens can drop off any unwanted or unused prescription drugs, no questions asked between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the following locations:

Colorado Springs Police Operations Center (705 S. Nevada Ave.)
Security Fire Station #1 (400 Security Blvd.)
Household Hazardous Waste Facility (3255 Akers Dr.)
Memorial Hospital North (4105 Briargate Pkwy.)
Falcon Fire Department (7030 Old Meridian Rd.)
Ellicott Fire Department (23650 CO Hwy., Calhan)
Pueblo City-County Health Department
Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office – Pueblo West Substation (320 E. Joe Martinez Blvd.)
Pueblo Rural Fire Station (29912 Highway 50 East)
Rye Fire Department, Colorado City (4495 Bent Brothers Blvd.)
