Three men face charges in Pueblo gun shop burglary

Three men are facing charges in connection to a burglary at a gun shop in the 100 block of W. 12th Street, according to Pueblo police.

Eleven guns worth $5,615.00 were stolen from RJC Firearms LLC on the morning of September 20, 2015.

An investigation of the crime and review of surveillance video from the shop led police to a home in the 1200 block of Rio Grand Ave. where a search warrant was executed.

Police say four of the guns that were stolen from RJC Firearms were recovered, as were three other guns.

Ben Acosta, Damion Morgan and Daniel Lizarrga are each facing charges for second degree burglary and conspiracy.
