Glenwood Springs Considers Downtown Smoking Ban
The Glenwood Springs City Council is considering an ordinance to restrict outdoor smoking in downtown areas.
Council members are considering proposals to limit smoking to late-night hours, or setting up designated areas. Those areas could include city parks and other public places.
Officials say they want to improve the downtown’s image for tourists and to make it a great place for visitors
