Update: Injured woman found outside of Colorado Springs high school

Colorado Springs School District 11 says that a report of a stabbing victim at Palmer High School downtown was unfounded.

The district says there was an injured woman on the sidewalk outside of the school.

Colorado Springs Police said they were dispatched to a report of a stabbing victim who was in the gym training room.

The district stressed that this situation had nothing to do with the school.
