KRDO, the ABC affiliate in beautiful Colorado Springs, has an immediate opening for an energetic and enterprising Executive Producer. If you want to work in a gorgeous city where news is always happening, this might be the opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate will be a news junkie who is creative, reacts quickly to breaking news and is willing to shift gears to get the freshest, most relevant stories on our multiple platforms. We take winning seriously.

Required Qualifications:
We require a 4 year degree in Journalism or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years previous news producing experience at a commercial television station. You must be committed to managing compelling newscasts, able to supervise and mentor a team of producers and be proficient in creative writing, copy editing scripts, enterprising stories. You must be able to multi-task under stressful conditions, pay close attention to detail and meet strict deadlines.
