Pueblo PD celebrates 10,000th Facebook like with video

The Pueblo Police Department says a social media milestone it recently reached is good news for its crime fighting efforts and for your safety.

The department celebrated surpassing 10,000 likes on Facebook by producing a video and sharing it, of course, on Facebook. You can watch the video at the bottom of this article.

Along with the video, the department posted a note of gratitude thanking its followers and explaining why it feels its success on Facebook is a win-win for the community.

In the note, the department says “the more citizens who follow our page means the more people who can see and share our crime prevention tips and safety notices as well as help us identify suspects and solve crimes.”

The note goes on to ask the police department’s followers to share the video in hopes that it will go viral.
