Pueblo school placed on precautionary ‘secure perimeter’ Thursday
The Director of the Pueblo School for Arts and Sciences said the facility was placed on secure perimeter Thursday after an adult who was at the school received a threat. He said the threat was directed at the individual and not the school.
Brian Repola did not provide specific details about the threat but said it was not made at the school.
Repola said the secure perimeter was changed to a closed campus, which means only the front entrance is accessible.
Parents were notified about the situation through an automated message, Repola said.
