Study: Colorado Springs is 5th most educated city

Colorado Springs is the 5th most educated city in the United States, according to a new study from personal finance website WalletHub.

The Springs ranked 5th overall, but came in 4th for the “education level” rank and 47th when it came to the “quality of education and attainment gap” rank.

Meanwhile, the Denver area tied for 16th place overall.

The study compared nine metrics, including the percentage of adults aged 25 and older with high school diplomas, bachelor’s degrees or graduate or professional degrees.
