Police Investigating Drive-By Shooting

Colorado Springs Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened early Friday morning.

It happened at the 300 block of University Dr.

Officers say one person was grazed by a bullet, but was not badly hurt.

Investigators say the victim was walking near the intersection of University Drive and Airport road when a gray SUV drove next to him. That’s when one of the occupants in the vehicle shot at the victim.

The SUV was found later, but no one was inside.
