Fountain police investigating disturbance

Fountain police are investigating a disturbance that ended with two men cut with broken glass.

Officers responded to a home in the 7500 block of Sandy Springs Point around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a police department press release.

Police say the disturbance happened during a custody exchange. They say the children’s father and mother’s boyfriend got into an argument that turned physical.

Police say both men pulled guns, but no shots were fired. The two men ended up with cuts from broken glass. No one else was hurt.

There is no word yet on any arrests or charges filed in this case.

Police say the matter is still under investigation.
