Castle Rock mother of five found dead

A Castle Rock mother of five was found stabbed to death Saturday (7/18) morning.

According to our news partners in Denver, KMGH, a domestic disturbance call came in around 4:50 a.m. from the Founders Village neighborhood.

Police found a woman inside the home with stab wounds. She was pronounced dead. Police also found a man with what appeared to be self-inflicted stab wounds. He was in critical condition.

No one else was hurt, including the woman’s children.
