Sheriff’s Office looking for man who exposed himself to teens

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has a warning for a southern Colorado neighborhood after a man followed, exposed and touched himself in front of two teenaged girls.

A spokesperson for the office said it happened twice this week near Webster Elementary School in Widefield on Eudora Street and Jersey Lane.

“We want people to be aware of this man and report anyone suspicious or anyone in a gold SUV,” spokesperson Jacqueline Kirby said.

She said the man drove the gold SUV behind the girls and exposed himself to them when they noticed him. He also got out and approached the second girl, but she was able to run away.

“The teenagers are the ones who are out the most so people really need to know about this!” one concerned neighbor who didn’t want to be identified said. “I’m scared this is happening in my back yard.”

The man is described as a white blond man between 25-30 years old, 5’6″ with a medium build.

If you have any information, you’re asked to call the El Paso Sheriff’s Office or Crime Stoppers at 719-634-STOP.
