Springs police seek information about serial robber

Colorado Springs Police have released images of a man who it says is responsible for a string of business robberies.

The surveillance photos are from robberies at a Family Dollar in the 3000 block of S. Academy Blvd., a Jersey Mike’s in the 700 block of N. Academy Blvd. and a Family Dollar in the 4400 block of Edison Ave. Police say the robberies happened in early May and early June of this year.

Police are asking anyone who knows who the man is or where he is to give them a call at 719-444-7000. Tips can also be left anonymously at 719-634-STOP (7867.)

Police say the man was armed with a gun during the robberies and should be considered armed and dangerous.
