Highway 24 reopens following emergency repairs
Highway 24 reopened Friday evening after being closed for much of the day for emergency repairs.
The westbound lanes were shut down so that crews could repair soil erosion damage that was threatening westbound highway 24 near Cascade.
Westbound traffic was shifted to one of the eastbound lanes of the highway so that drivers could still get up the pass.
