Chieftain: CDOT may move regional headquarters out of Pueblo

The Colorado Department of Transportation is considering moving its Region 2 headquarters out of Pueblo according to our partners at The Pueblo Chieftain.

The current headquarters is located in the 900 block of N. Erie Ave.

CDOT spokesman Bob Wilson told The Chieftain that the department is moving its Denver, Pueblo and Greeley offices for the purposes of consolidation and modernization.

Wilson said a final decision about where the Region 2 headquarters will land probably won’t come for about a year.
