Police say accomplice in Pueblo drive-by shooting arrested

Pueblo Police say they have arrested a man who they are calling an accomplice in a drive-by shooting that happened earlier this month.

Brandon Lee Torres, 18, was arrested at around 2 a.m. on May 29, 2015. He faces a charge of complicity to commit first degree assault.

Police say Torres was involved in a May 11 drive-by at the intersection of Troy and Oakshire.

The victims told police that they were driving westbound on Oakshire when a vehicle pulled up next to them and someone inside started shooting at them.

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Pueblo Crime Stoppers at 719-542-STOP (7867).
