Suspicious package that prompted AFA investigation contained medical supplies

The Air Force Academy says a hazardous materials scare at the base post office in the community center is over.

The facility was evacuated after hazardous material was detected in a package during regular scans on the morning of May 26, 2015.

The Academy says that it turns out that the package contained medical supplies and that it was addressed to a specific individual. It says the package never posed a danger to anyone.
