Deputies seek man accused of using stolen credit card information

Deputies are searching for information about a man accused of using stolen credit card information in El Paso and Douglas counties.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office say the man pictured at the top of this article used the information to make purchases at two Walgreens stores, an Albertson’s and a Staples in Colorado Springs, A Kohl’s in Monument, a Walgreens and McDonald’s in Castle Rock and a Staples in Parker.

The sheriff’s office says a total $1,127.21 worth of fraudulent charges were made.

The victim doesn’t know how the credit card information was compromised.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 719-390-5555 and ask to speak with Detective Evelyn Peak.
