Victim, suspect in deadly crash identified

Colorado Springs Police have released new information about a deadly weekend crash on I-25.

Police say Kanya Sornsong-Wilder, 20, died when a car driven by Shea Ordahl, 24, swerved off of northbound I-25 just north of Fillmore Street. The car crashed into a tree.

The crash was reported at 2:11 a.m. on Sunday, May 3. Two lanes of northbound I-25 were closed for several hours during the investigation.

Police say Ordahl was arrested and faces charges for vehicular homicide and DUI.
