Forest service sued over logging project
A group in Colorado is suing the US Forest Service over a project it says could put a threatened species at even greater risk.
The Wild Earth Guardians say logging around Tennessee Pass will worsen the plight of the Canadian Lynx.
The project would clear more than 2,300 acres of trees between Leadville and Aspen.
