Teenager critically injured by lightning strike in Aurora
Authorities say a teenage boy was critically injured when he was struck by lightning in the Denver suburb of Aurora.
KUSA-TV reports the boy, whose name and age have not been released, was struck as he was walking through a field on top of a hill just before 4 p.m. Friday.
Police say CPR was performed on the boy. No other information has been released.
Several thunderstorms moved through the area Friday afternoon.
