Several hurt in eastern El Paso County rollover crash

Six people were taken to a Colorado Springs hospital after a serious rollover crash in eastern El Paso County Tuesday night.

State Patrol said the crash happened around 8 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Judge Orr Road and South Calhan Highway.

At least one of the victims was airlifted with serious injuries. But troopers said none of the injuries were life-threatening.

First responders said one of the victims was a pregnant woman, but she was not seriously injured.

An early investigation shows a Dodge Durango heading south on Calhan Highway ran a stop sign, troopers said. That is when a Chevy sedan heading east on Judge Orr Road hit the vehicle.

No one has been cited yet and the investigation continues.
